We run it. Per-loan-account fee + managed-services fee. Best for early-stage NBFCs, lending startups pre-NBFC-license, and lenders who want to focus on credit policy.

Hybrid

We start with SMILE-MaaS so you can ship in weeks, you migrate to licensed once your team is hired. Migration runs in-place — no data movement, no second go-live.

The Starter, Growth and Enterprise tiers map to AUM. The per-loan-account rate decreases as the book grows.

A single secured-loan product is cheaper to run than 6 unsecured products with overlapping eligibility. Implementation effort scales with the product matrix.

Deployment model

Multi-tenant is the default and the cheapest. Single-tenant adds infrastructure and dedicated-support costs.

Out-of-the-box integrations are bundled. Custom integrations to a non-standard core or a vendor we have not seen before are scoped separately.
